UK Delivery

I will aim to process your order within 2 working days. Delivery in the UK is by Royal Mail. Original artwork is sent by Next Day Special Delivery. This is a tracked service and will need to be signed for. Prints and greeting cards are sent by second class post. Original artwork is securely packaged between protective layers of foam board and bubble wrap for safe delivery anywhere in the world. Prints are placed inside cellophane bags and are securely flat packaged for delivery using bubble wrap and padded envelopes.

Overseas Delivery

I deliver to the USA, Canada and Australia. Unfortunately I do not deliver to EU countries at this time. International delivery (outside of the UK) is sent by Royal Mail International Tracked and signed. In some cases another courier company may be used. Delivery times will vary according to country, but usually take at least 7 working days (longer for those further away!).

RETURNS

Every order, commission and sale is handled with extreme care. My goal is for you to be completely thrilled with your purchase.

I gladly accept returns and exchanges. Just contact me within 14 days of delivery and ship items back to me within 30 days of delivery

Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Please note that if you are purchasing items from abroad (outside of the UK) then you may be subject to customs duties. Customs duties are a tax payable on items that are brought into your country.
